Thanks to everyone who posted their findings. I was able to finally get Acronis True Image to backup the factory-sealed image on my new Alienware m15 using the steps below. Change to AHCI. Press F10 to save settings and reboot. Now, immediately press F12 repeatedly to get the Boot Menu. Select Option 2 for Acronis True Image. Backup the Disk. Change to UEFI. Change to Disabled.
